Although there is no "typical" client for Ambassador Advisors, we do guide our prospects and clients through a multi-phased process to produce accurate, customized planning results. After ascertaining the level of relationship a client desires, we begin our discovery phase. This phase usually involves a lengthy session of open-ended and more focused questions to spur discussion surrounding the clients' fears, hopes, short-, mid- and long-term goals, as well as their current financial situation.
Once we've gathered sufficient data for the clients' needs and desired outcomes, the Ambassador Advisors planning team reviews the case, proposes strategies and prepares several varying proposals for the client to review in our next meeting. At the recommendation meeting with clients, the gathered data is reviewed, some preliminary observations and education is shared, and our recommendations are presented.
After the clients have determined the recommendation with which they are most comfortable, our implementation team prepares the appropriate applications, contracts and other items necessary to get the plan pieces in place. Upon establishment of the various implemented recommendations, we then meet with the clients to review what is in place and how everything should function, going forward. In addition, we introduce clients to our client service personnel, so as to ensure that the clients have multiple contacts to address any issues that may arise.
Lastly, our clients are apprised of our "open door" policy regarding ongoing monitoring. Our policy is to meet with clients as often as needed, during the year, understanding that we will be reaching out to them at least annually for a review.
