Prospective employees should have at least four years of experience in an advisory or financial planning role. Ideally, they will also have SIE, Life & Health, Series 6 licensing and within six months of hiring, Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and 65) are mandatory.

Advisors with Faithward will seek new client relationships and build trusted nonprofit partnerships. The right person has a heart for sales and helping others, as well as skills to manage communication and counsel clients in stewardship strategies.
